This incident caused the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

An additional two individuals are now in custody related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, according to police.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests come after a probe into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women had stolen from them their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was one of the those hurt during the incident. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for treatment and have since been released.

Officers detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the location. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals injured by a noxious substance thought to be pepper spray.

The attack - an event that police said was a standalone incident and not being treated as an act of terror - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility for a short time.
